Return & Warranty Policy

As a small business, we maintain a limited return policy—but we stand behind the quality of our jewelry.

We offer a 5-year warranty covering any manufacturer defects or damage. If your item arrives with a defect or experiences an issue due to craftsmanship, you are eligible for a free replacement or store credit. A small shipping and handling fee will apply. 

If the product you purchased is no longer available, we will gladly offer store credit or a full refund.

While our jewelry is made to last a lifetime, we understand that life happens and can be unpredictable. If you experience any issues outside of normal circumstances, please reach out to us via email. We’ll always do our best to work with you and find a fair solution.
